VM4 — The Thorax
Treatment of the heart, pericardium, lungs and pleurae. Integrates viscera of the chest with the thoracic spine, ribs and shoulder girdle.
Synopsis
VM4 focuses on the thoracic cavity: heart, pericardium, lungs, pleurae and their connecting fasciae. Participants learn how thoracic visceral restrictions affect breathing, thoracic spine mobility, rib function and upper-limb symptoms.
The course is especially useful for working with functional cardiopulmonary complaints, chronic thoracic pain, post-surgical sequelae and shoulder dysfunction of visceral origin.
