Listening Techniques (LT1) is a dedicated course to refine the foundational skill of the Barral Method: the listening touch. Participants learn general and local listening, how to follow the body’s priority and how to structure a treatment session based on what the tissues themselves reveal.
The course is valuable both for beginners entering the method and for experienced practitioners wanting to sharpen their palpation and clinical reasoning.
