NM3 — Autonomic Nervous System
Sympathetic and parasympathetic systems, autonomic ganglia and plexuses, and their relationship with the viscera.
Synopsis
NM3 explores the autonomic nervous system as the bridge between the viscera and the nervous system. Participants learn to evaluate and treat sympathetic and parasympathetic components, autonomic ganglia and visceral plexuses.
This course consolidates the neural-visceral integration and opens the door to treating complex systemic dysfunction: autonomic dysregulation, chronic fatigue patterns and stress-related conditions.
What you will work on
Sympathetic chain · Parasympathetic pathways · Coeliac · Superior / inferior mesenteric · Hypogastric plexuses · Vagus nerve
Learning objectives
- →Differentiate sympathetic vs parasympathetic clinical patterns
- →Evaluate and treat the autonomic ganglia and visceral plexuses
- →Integrate autonomic work with visceral and musculoskeletal treatment
- →Approach dysautonomia, chronic fatigue and stress-related conditions
- →Refine the vagal component in global treatment strategy
