NM2 — Plexuses and Cranial Nerves
Brachial and lumbosacral plexuses, and the 12 cranial nerves with their relationships to the head, neck and skull base.
Synopsis
NM2 goes deeper into the neural network. It covers the brachial and lumbosacral plexuses and their clinical relevance for upper- and lower-limb pain.
The second half focuses on the 12 cranial nerves, their passages through the skull and their connections to head, neck and facial dysfunction.
What you will work on
Brachial plexus · Lumbosacral plexus · Cranial nerves I–XII · Skull base
Learning objectives
- →Evaluate and treat the brachial and lumbosacral plexuses
- →Understand the anatomy of each cranial nerve and its foramen
- →Apply specific techniques for cranial nerve dysfunction
- →Address headache, facial pain and cranial neuralgia patterns
- →Integrate cranial-nerve work with cervical and TMJ dysfunction
