Visceral Manipulation · Level 2
VM2 — Abdomen and Pelvis
Deepens VM1 work and extends it to the pelvic organs: bladder, uterus, prostate, ovaries and rectum, with their viscero-fascial relationships to the lumbar spine and sacrum.
Synopsis
VM2 builds directly on VM1. Participants refine their listening and manipulation skills on the abdominal cavity while extending their assessment and treatment to the pelvic organs and their connecting structures.
Special attention is given to how pelvic organs influence lumbar pain, sacroiliac dysfunction and postural mechanics. Theory, demonstration and hands-on practice are combined so students leave with a coherent abdomen-pelvis treatment framework.
What you will work on
Bladder · Uterus · Prostate · Ovaries · Rectum · Lumbar spine and sacrum relationships
Learning objectives
- →Consolidate abdominal techniques from VM1 and integrate them with the pelvis
- →Evaluate and treat pelvic organs using Barral’s listening method
- →Understand viscero-fascial links between pelvis, lumbar spine and sacrum
- →Apply pelvic visceral techniques for gynecological and urinary dysfunction
- →Differentiate visceral from structural origins of chronic low-back and pelvic pain
- →Integrate pelvic work within a global treatment sequence
